Jérôme Beraudo is a French pastry chef with over 15 years’ experience. He has held key roles in renowned kitchens, including Pastry Sous Chef at Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and Head Pastry Chef at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah, where he worked closely with Jessica Préalpato. He later became Executive Pastry Chef at The Connaught Hotel. Jérôme is co-founder of Capital Croissant, founder of Pastry Consult Ltd, pastry instructor for Cookler, and ambassador for Moulins Viron.
