Born in the UAE, Omar champions local sourcing, waste reduction, renewable energy, and carbon neutrality at BOCA. He advocates sustainable food, nature-based solutions, and collaborates across industries. Omar received the Icon Award 2025 at The World’s 50 Best Restaurants MENA.
