Convotherm ovens offer complete and practical equipment with the easyTouch version.
The ACS+ is reinforced with the Crisp&Tasty functions - dehumidification in 5 levels, BakePro - traditional cooking function in 5 levels, HumidityPro - humidification in 5 levels and the fan speed function in 5 levels.
With the easyTouch version, the ovens are equipped with an automatic cleaning system with an eco, express or regular mode (ConvoClean+).
Finally, an Ethernet interface with the local network allows the Convotherm oven to be as complete as possible.
