Masterchef trained in France, Culinary author and presenter, Franck is also a renown specialist in the art of cooking with specialty plants and edible flowers. He is currently working for the grower and world leader in their field " Koppert Cress ", as countries manager for the UK, middle east and Asia. Franck does also play an active part as a judge and collaborator for the World assosciation of Chefs.
