Krampouz is launching a new range of professional stainless steel planchas designed for intensive use, revolutionising the plancha cleaning process.
Following several years of research and development, Krampouz has achieved a true technical feat by stamping a 3 mm thick stainless steel plate. This unique technology offers an alternative to bending and welding plate, for an easier cleaning. Rounded angles limit residue build-up in the corners, and make it easier to clean the plate using a sponge or stainless steel scrubber, for optimum hygiene.
Cooking residues and juices run off the plate into the new large capacity drip tray (1.3L) which is fitted with a filter. It is accessible from the front and easy to handle. It is dishwasher safe.
These new planchas, available in wide or deep format and in electric or gas energy, have 2 independent cooking zones, so you can cook two foods simultaneously at different temperatures.
The gas planchas are equipped with the innovative Automatic Control System, which ensures the stability of the plate temperature. It allows a control of the precise cooking and energy saving of 30% !
