Once you have a piece of honeycomb in your mouth, chewing will allow the honey to be extracted from its cells and reveal a whole new range of flavors. At the end of the tasting, a ball of wax will form, which you can chew like gum. You can then either spit out this wax ball or swallow it, which will allow its antiseptic properties to work optimally, particularly to clear the bronchial tubes and soothe stomach pain.
