As a professional pastry chef and consultant, she currently teaches at the Culinary Arts Academy in Saudi Arabia.
Creative, enthusiastic, and motivated, she is particularly interested in training talented young people who wish to pursue a career in patisserie.
She is a jury member of the Salon du Chocolat Riyadh.
