Rustichella d’Abruzzo is an Italian family-owned pasta company that has been producing artisanal high-quality pasta since 1924 in Penne, in the heart of the Abruzzo region. With a century of experience and a strong commitment to tradition and innovation, Rustichella brings to the world the authentic taste of Italy, combining craftsmanship, pure ingredients, and a deep respect for its territory. Our pasta is made using only top-quality durum wheat semolina and pure water from the Majella mountains. We bronze-extrude all of our shapes and dry them slowly at low temperatures to preserve the natural aroma, flavour, and nutritional properties of the wheat. This process gives the pasta a unique rough texture, capturing sauces and enhancing taste in the best way possible.
