Alistair Smith is Best Apprentice of France and Junior World Pastry Champion. Trained at Ferrandi School, starting as an apprentice at Fauchon with Chef François Daubinet. He refined his skills at Bristol Bakery, then Pré Catelan with Chef Tom Coll, and at Plaza Athénée under Chef Angelo Musa. Winner of Best Apprentice of France final and Junior Pastry World Cup with the French team, he now works as a consultant, creating tailor-made pastry offerings for clients.
