Vincent Guerlais, a chocolatier and pastry chef from Nantes, opened his first shop at just 22 years old, after training in Angers and Paris. Passionate and brimming with sweet imagination, he developed his brand, which today includes seven boutiques in Nantes and one location in Japan.
At the head of Maison Guerlais and its 130 employees, he has been offering original, refined creations infused with innovation for 28 years. In 2018, he founded his own Cacaofacture® to fully control every step of chocolate production, from bean to bar. President of Relais Desserts since 2018, Vincent Guerlais embodies French excellence in pastry and chocolate-making, constantly pushing the boundaries of indulgence.
