Jean-François Bandet is the founder of BO&MIE, Paris’ fastest-growing artisanal bakery. With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, he previously launched and sold the global sports brand Venum before turning to the bakery world. A graduate of Toulouse Business School and École Ferrandi (CAP Bakery), he created BO&MIE in 2017. The brand now has 15 locations in France, Spain, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia, serving over 10,000 customers daily. The 2024 opening in Jeddah marked BO&MIE’s entry into the Middle East, accelerating its international growth.
