Chef Rida Al Amri began his career in the kitchen after graduating from Prince Sultan College in the field of Hospitality. He is currently pursuing his passion as a pastry chef and has worked in many renowned hotels around the world, including in New York, Jeddah, and Riyadh, such as Rosewood The Carlyle New York, Assila – a Rocco Forte Hotel in Jeddah, Assila – a Luxury Collection Hotel in Jeddah, and The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh.
