Holder of a Master’s degree in Sociology from Paris VIII University, Thomas Allanic began his career in 2002 at ESCP Business School, where he successively held the positions of Academic Program Officer, Accreditation Assessor (VAE), and Project Manager for the reform of the Grande École Program. In 2011, he became Head of Academic Coordination within the Academic Directorate Europe, then Director of the Master in Management, a role in which he notably established the partnership between ESCP Business School and FERRANDI Paris.
In 2019, he joined INSEEC Grande École as Deputy Director and later as Director of the Villette Campus. In 2020, he was appointed Managing Director of INSEEC Grande École.
Since October 1, 2024, Thomas Allanic has been serving as Managing Director of FERRANDI Paris, the French School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, a school of the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
