Mostafa Seif is one of Egypt’s most prominent chefs, known for redefining Egyptian cuisine globally. From launching the street food cart 'Kebda w Sogoa' to winning Top Chef Arabia 2017, his journey blends tradition and excellence. Now Executive Chef of Pier 88 Group, he opened Khufu Restaurant, ranked 4th in MENA’s 50 Best and named Egypt’s Best Restaurant. In 2024, he became the first Egyptian to win the One Knife Award at the Best Chef Awards.
