Chef Mohammed Inani has spent the past decade honing his craft at some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens, including Nobu, Morimoto, and the three-Michelin-star Atelier Crenn. He later joined Saison in San Francisco—ranked the 27th best restaurant in the world in 2016—where he rose to the position of Sous Chef. Following his time at Saison, Chef Mohammed launched his own fine-dining pop-up in San Francisco, bringing a refined and immersive culinary experience to Bay Area diners. In late 2018, he returned to Saudi Arabia to open Chifty Restaurant, and by 2023 he was appointed Senior Culinary Consultant for the Diriyah Gate Authority. Most recently, he partnered with Zeoof Food to open La Haut—a Mediterranean–African fusion rooftop restaurant that blends bold flavors, fire-driven cooking, and cultural storytelling.
