Head Baker

Cyril originally wished to be a pastry chef but finally passed bakery exams (BEP-CAP) in Normandy. He passes his Master’s Degree Certificate – and a Superior Master’s Degree Certificate – at INBP in Rouen. He joins Moulins Viron in 2009, where he starts being a baker-trainer. He quickly becomes the export technical manager, and travels all over the world (USA, China, Taiwan, Gabon etc…) to provide trainings towards bakery teams of clients, but also perform demonstrations during masterclasses and international trade shows. He now manages the team of 4 baker-trainers at Moulins Viron, and structures all R&D and quality analysis.
